I know the numbers in my business fairly well BUT P & L reports and spread-sheets do my head in.
What I wanted was KPI reports with only the detail that’s important.
Tracey has not only helped me be a lot more focused in achieving the goals I have for this year, (which are already blown out the water!!) but helps me see the big picture in where I am going. I don’t need (or want) to get bogged down in all the detail and therefore am able to spend short bursts of time each month find out what’s working, what’s not and what I need to do to make it bigger and better… all part of my plan for “world domination”.
I’ve already identified an area of my business that’s not as lucrative as I once thought.
I have always felt pretty confident about the numbers in business, but since working with Tracey, she has opened up a whole new world of “playing that numbers game” to not only make the profit I want, but also weigh up the time both my team and I spend to make that money.
When comparing this year to last, I have already seen a 49% increase in sales – purely by having Tracey drive both myself and my team to achieving specific sales in a specific time.
By being a lot more focused on the costs vs benefit, not only has my Net profit improved by 10%, just in the last 4 months, but I have also managed to be lot more in control in eliminating debt and keeping a handle on what’s happening in bank account.
I know what is coming in and what is going out in the next 2-3 months, and therefore what needs to be done to keep it smiling!!
